What is Mindflix Classroom?
Mindflix Classroom is world-class development curriculum for educators to introduce students with a sport focus to the competencies critical for achievement and enjoyment in sport.
The Program
The program encompasses 10 primary video series, each series including four videos. The program is built around the engaging videos (2.5-4 mins in length) delivered by world-class athletes and performance and wellness experts. Each video series includes teacher curriculum for three 50-minute lessons. Mindflix Classroom therefore includes 30 – 50 minute lessons for the educator. The curriculum includes class outlines, instructional notes, a complete summary of the key points in each video, and discussion questions for the teacher to facilitate classroom discussion.
The Content
The content has been created for students between the ages of 13 and 18 – or high school age students. While the videos are targeted to the student athlete, the lessons have application to all students – adaptable to any performance application.
Mindflix Classroom is accessible by the teacher through a simple and well organized online portal where the video series and weekly lesson curriculums are available with one click.
